About Paula

Paula Diener, LPN, is a Licensed Practical Nurse with 36 years of nursing experience. Six of those years have been in remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM).

Today she is Director of Clinical Services for an RPM/CCM provider. Her background covers program development, patient monitoring, care planning, clinical workflows and care team training.
